How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order status confirmation in your email once your order is placed. We will send a follow-up email once your item is shipped, where you will have access to locate where your item is. If you have not received an email please check your spam folder or contact us at email@example.com.
What can I do if my order is damaged or gets lost?
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped out every Wednesday and Friday.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order is canceled, the item most likely is out of stock or unavailable. If this has occurred, we will notify you through email within 48 hours.
How can I assure the item I am ordering will be true to size?
We will attempt to leave a description on each clothing item stating whether it is true to size or if it is recommended to size up or down.
Am I able to layer discount codes on my order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. Every public available discount code will be listed on our site.
My discount code is not working, what do I do?
Coupon Codes have an expiration date. Therefore, they are only available on our site for limited time. Please make sure it is within the time frame.
The product I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
We will attempt to restock our best sellers but unfortunately we are not able to restock every item. Please follow us on our social media to be updated on new arrivals as well as low inventory updates.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you are able to cancel or change your order. Once an order has been placed you are only able to receive store credit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for order cancellations or changes.
Can you ship International?
We are not offering international shipping at this moment.
Does my order offer Insurance?
All orders above $75 will be guaranteed free shipping insurance.
Can I return or exchange an item?
At the moment, we are not taking returns or exchanges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This rule is set in place to keep ourselves and our customers safe. When your product is shipped an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed , your package is no longer the responsibility of Athens Co. If you have received tracking information stating your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local United States Post Office to see where your carrier may have left your package.
